Registration

Online IGESA on-campus accommodation registration deadline: February 22, 2011. Online workshop registration deadline: March 22, 2011.

Workshop attendees.
All conference attendees are required to register and to pay the regular registration fee.

The regular registration fee includes attendance, welcoming reception on Sunday, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, internet access, a set of proceedings and the conference kit.

We have reserved a limited number of IGESA on-campus rooms, from May 22, 18:00 to May 26, 18:00 only. Resident attendees are required to pay the full accommodation fee.

The full accommodation fee includes night accommodation at IGESA Campus, taxes, breakfast, lunch and dinner on the campus, from May 22, 18:00 to May, 26, 18:00. This includes French wine tasting and evening buffet on Monday and workhop banquet on Wednesday.

Your on-campus accommodation will only be guaranteed once your booking is confirmed by us.  It will be helpful to make your booking as early as possible if you require on-campus full accommodation. The number of places will be limited. Please inform us if you decide NOT to stay in the IGESA on-campus rooms so that the room will be available to others.

Non-resident attendees wishing to reserve their rooms outside IGESA Campus will have to book them on their own. Non-resident attendees are invited to pay the meals fees only they expect to have lunch and dinner with resident conferees.

Attendees wishing to stay before May 22 or after May 26 are invited to book a hotel on their own, and to specify if they wish to be resident or non-resident attendees during the workshop.


Students.
Students are required to register and to pay the student registration fee.

The student registration fee includes attendance, welcoming reception on Sunday, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, internet access, a set of proceedings and the conference kit.

The Workshop will pay for the  full accommodation fee at IGESA Campus for students, who will share double rooms.

Due to a limited number of on-campus rooms, we cannot guarantee the availability of a room for all students. A letter from the student supervisor is required to vouch for the student status, and to explain why the participation of the student is relevant (e.g., co-authoring of a paper for IWBDG2011).


Guests.
“Guest” refers to family or accompanying persons.

On-campus rooms are destined for conferees. Guests are invited to book outside IGESA center.

Guests wishing to have lunch and dinner with resident conferees, including French wine tasting and evening buffet on Monday and workshop banquet on Wednesday,  are required to pay the meal fees.

Workshop registration.

The student registration fee is 100 € (all taxes incuded).

Deadline
The workshop registration fees must be paid by March 22, 2011.  After this deadline, bookings will be subject to availability, and the registration fees will be increased by 100 €. If you have missed the payment deadline, please contact us. Please note that payment at the workshop site will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation on or before April 22, 2011, your registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of the cancellation fee (100 €).
Please note that all refunds can only be made after the Workshop takes place. After April 22, your registration fee will NOT be refunded.


Accommodation registration.
The conference will be held at the IGESA Center, on the Island of Porquerolles, Hyères, France. Details about accommodation on IGESA campus are available on the website.

The full accommodation fee is 360 € (4 nights, single occupancy room, all taxes incuded).
The Workshop will pay for the accommodation fees at IGESA Campus for students (4 nights, double occupancy room)
The meals fee is 208 € (4 days, all taxes incuded).

Deadlines
The full accommodation fees must be paid by February 22, 2011.  After this date, bookings will be subject to availability. If you have missed the payment deadline, please contact us. Please note that payment at the workshop site will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Internet Access. Wireless access is available. The Workshop will pay for internet access. Please note that conferees must bring their own laptop – there are no public computers at the venue.

Photograph Release. IWBDG2011 will have a photographer onsite to photograph the event. By registering, you agree to have your photograph taken. Pictures will be used for IWBDG2011 related websites and materials only. Photographs will not be shared with affiliate or non-affiliate organizations.

Insurance. IWBDG2011 does NOT provide insurance and does not take any responsibility for accidents or illnesses that might occur during the workshop or in the course of travel to or from the meeting place. It is therefore the responsibility of participants to check their health insurance requirements.

Passport and Visa Requirements. Please check your passport and visa requirements with your travel agent BEFORE departure (www.diplomatie.gouv.fr).
